1. Payment Information

1.1 For deliveries within Germany we offer the following payment options:

- PayPal

1.2 For deliveries outside Germany we offer the following payment options:

- Prepayment by bank transfer
- Credit Card
- Instant Banking
- PayPal

2. Delivery

2.1 The delivery of your order takes place as far as possible by parcel service - usually UPS -, otherwise by forwarding.

2.2 For deliveries within Germany:

The delivery of the goods takes place as stated in the article. For goods in stock, the shipping time is usually 3-5 business days after order confirmation.

If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods on time due to unpredictably high demand or bottlenecks at our suppliers, we will inform you about any delay caused by this.

2.3 For deliveries outside Germany: 

The respective delivery time can be found in the list below.

For countries outside of Germany, which are not mentioned in the table below, the expected delivery time will be communicated in an offer.

3. Shipping

The shipping costs in Germany amount:

 A surcharge of 34.90 € is deposited for large packages. A large package is defined as a package if the total dimensions exceed 330 cm in length plus circumference [circumference = (2 x width) + (2 x height), but are less than the maximum UPS dimension of 400 cm.

The total shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart.

The shipping costs for deliveries outside of Germany can be found in the following table.

Any applicable customs clearance fees, customs duties and import VAT will be charged directly in the country of importation.
