The marimba mallets “Jasmin Kolberg” are the result of a development and optimization process lasting over 15 years. These high-quality mallets are handmade in Germany from first-class materials! The series includes various models that offer different sound characteristics to meet the diverse requirements of soloists and ensembles.
The grades of hardness range from very soft (green) to hard (yellow) and allow a fine tuning of the sound across the entire range of the marimba. The combination of craftsmanship and state-of-the-art technology offers outstanding playing quality and durability to meet the highest demands.

Developement
Our marimba mallets were developed by Jasmin Kolberg, professional marimba player and daughter of company founder Bernhard Kolberg. These multitone sticks use different cores to produce the best possible sound from every marimba. They provide the artist with the optimum product.
Manufacturing
Only selected raw materials are used for our products. Every single mallet is skillfully crafted from start to finish and the yarn is also hand-wound. This constant control ensures the quality of every single item. The result is incomparable and incredibly durable!
Competitions
Jasmin Kolberg solo marimba mallets are used by prize winners in most of the current international competitions, such as the TROMP Percussion Competition, The World Marimba Competition, Concours de Genève and many more! For professional soloists there is no way to avoid our mallets. A comparison with conventional mallets is well worthwhile!
